According to CBS News, Rick Solomon is suing LFP Broadcasting for several million dollars over the infamous Paris Hilton Sex Tape, One Night In Paris. The ironic thing about this mess, is that Rick Solomon is the one responsible for filming the video and made millions when it was sold in Adult Video Stores across the country.
Rick Solomon is claiming that Larry Flynt’s company violated copyright infringement law when the company made a deal with Hospitality Networks, a company that supplies Pay Per View Adult Movies to hotels across the United States.
Solomon plans to sue LFP Broadcasting for 5 million dollars, claiming then when he sold the rights to the tape to LFP, that the deal did not include any reproduction via Pay Per View or any other broadcasting method. He claims the deal was only to include DVD and VHS sales of One Night In Paris.
